Subprocessors
Subprocessors
Bioscope AI uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide our services.
Subprocessors are grouped into two categories. Platform subprocessors support the Bioscope AI platform itself and apply to every customer. Lab and integration subprocessors receive data only when the corresponding test is ordered or the integration is enabled.
Platform Subprocessors
Used in the delivery of the Bioscope AI platform for all customers.

Lab and Integration Subprocessors
These subprocessors support laboratory testing and optional integrations. They are not part of the default platform, and they receive data only where the relevant test is ordered or the integration is enabled. Where a test is not ordered or an integration is not enabled, no customer or patient data is shared with that subprocessor.

Gene by Gene and CMBio perform testing in their own CLIA-certified laboratories. Evexia and Fitnescity are ordering and scheduling platforms rather than testing facilities: Evexia fulfills orders through a network of CLIA-certified laboratories, and Fitnescity schedules tests performed at third-party imaging and testing centers.
